The glass-ceramic contact grill is designed for intensive and long-term use.
The grill features two Ceran® glass-ceramic contact plates, providing maximum resistance, easy cleaning and optimal heat conductivity, ensuring superior hygiene.
It includes a practical tray/drawer for draining excess liquids and cooking residues.
The upper plates operate independently and can be adjusted in height. The self‑levelling upper plate adapts to the operator’s needs.
The plates are available with smooth, ribbed or mixed surfaces. They are characterised by strength, durability and extremely easy cleaning.
Embedded heating elements attached to the plates ensure optimal heat transfer.
Two adjustable thermostats up to 300°C allow independent control of the two plate halves.
