GRANULE ICE: Granulated ice with a balanced mixture of water and ice, suitable for water ice, cocktails such as caipirinhas, mojitos, etc., for food presentation (fish, vegetables), for medical laboratories and hospitals.
SCREW SYSTEM: The evaporator is a cooling cylinder with a fixed water level inside. The ice is formed inside the walls and is scraped off by a stainless steel screw.
BACK COUNTER: Medium-sized machines for installation in work areas, at the back of bars, elegant for display. The reduced height of maximum 80 cm allows the use of the top plate (with dimensions 50×70cm) as a work table or a surface for storing light objects, saving space.
