The fuel is made from natural ethanol and alcohol mixed with water and a thickening agent to form a solid substance or gel.
For safe and efficient heating, we strongly recommend placing the fuel container in the designated fuel holder.
The heat output remains constant throughout the burning time, while the heating intensity depends on the flame size, which is controlled by how far the fuel holder lid is opened.
All fuels burn without producing soot and are odourless.
Fuel containers and cans used without a fuel holder become extremely hot during use, creating a significant risk of burns unless they are placed in a suitable holder.
Risk of burns!
Always read the product instructions before use.
When handling the fuel, ensure there are no open flames or hot objects nearby.
Flammable vapours can easily escape from the container.
Do not allow water or condensation to drip into the burning fuel.
This may cause dangerous sputtering and splashing of the fuel.
Only light the fuel after placing the fuel can and holder in their final position.
The flames are almost entirely blue, making them very difficult to see in bright light.
Exercise particular caution.
Extinguish the fuel only by closing the fuel holder lid.
Refilling: always ensure that the can and its holder have cooled completely.
Remove the can from the fuel holder before refilling it.
Storage: always store in closed containers in a dark, well-ventilated area at a temperature below 20 °C.
Follow local regulations when storing larger quantities of fuel.
Following the instructions above will minimise the risk of accidents.
In the event of an initial or small fire, use a fire blanket or large wet blanket to cover the fire and cut off its oxygen supply.
If clothing or the body catches fire, use a fire blanket or a dry-powder or CO2 fire extinguisher.
Never attempt to extinguish the fire with a small towel, as this will only spread the fuel and flames!
After extinguishing the fire, cool the body for 15 minutes or until medical assistance arrives.
Leave clothing in place.
Always seek immediate medical assistance.
