1/6 Gastronorm Base – Oven to Tableware

Our 1/6 Gastronorm Base is available in 2 colours. Our O2T (Oven to Tableware) range is made from a high performance plastic, which has EU and FDA approval for food contact.

The operating temperatures of the dish are -40°C to +220°C and with its excellent resistance to sudden extremes of temperature, O2T is also suitable for blast freezing/chilling. These properties mean that you can use the same dish for cooking, microwaving, steaming, serving and freezing.

O2T offers easy handling with its lighter weight from other materials. Dishes are safe to touch within minutes. The gastronorms are dishwasher and steriliser safe.

Laboratory tests have seen a 10% potential energy saving with shorter cooking times and lower temperatures using our gastronorms.
