The cabinet, door frame, and door handle are made of stainless steel 18/8.
The doors are made of two layers of Low-E tempered glass, which increases energy efficiency by blocking infrared light and UV rays from outside, while preventing heat transfer inside.
A door lock is included.
The distilled water container is made of ABS – distilled water must be filled manually.
Notification on the display and audible alarm when humidity in the water container falls below 15%.
Alarm indicating the door has been open for more than 3.5 minutes – protection against uncontrolled disturbance of chamber conditions.
Built-in UVC sterilization lamp prevents bacterial growth and ensures a safe environment for meat; when the door is opened during the aging process, bacteria have no chance to develop.
