The mixers produce small and large quantities of homogeneous hard dough for bread, pizza, pasta and pastries with equal efficiency, thanks to the optimal speed ratio between the spiral and the bowl, provided by the robust and quiet chain drive.
They are reliable and durable, easy to use and clean.
The mixers are equipped with an oil bath reducer, a spiral and bowl made of 18/8 (304) stainless steel and low voltage (24 V) controllers.
They are manufactured in accordance with current safety regulations.
All machines in the standard version can prepare dough with hydration up to 65%.
For dough with higher hydration, higher speed versions are available (only for three-phase 2-speed machines from SK25 to SK75) and versions with inverter (variable speed) for connection to a single-phase 220V network (only for machines from SK16 to SK33).
For egg and flour mixtures, the mixing capacity is reduced by approximately 30% compared to the values below.
