The strainer is specially designed to perfectly fit cocktail shakers and glasses.
The round, flat shape of the strainer, 2 prongs and spiral spring help keep the strainer securely in place while pouring.
The dense spiral spring effectively filters solid particles. Once placed on the shaker, the cocktail can be strained with one hand.
This makes the Hawthorne strainer an essential tool for bartenders who want to create smooth or perfectly clear cocktails.

Flat disc, handle and 2 prongs – the strainer fits securely on shakers and glasses without moving.
