The digital high-performance oven is made of stainless steel. Thanks to the technology of the static relays used, it is possible, together with specially studied software, to adapt baking with the most versatility and ease of use, and to distribute the energy absorption for the expected workload proportionally. The digital oven is made in one block module for 6 pizza. It is made for easy use and cleaning. Special materials with high insulation capacity are used, which, together with the high-temperature seal on the front of the door, determine optimal thermal efficiency and consequently low fuel consumption.

The oven is equipped with an electric safety thermostat, which works when due to a possible anomaly of the electronics, the internal temperature of the chamber must exceed 450 ° C. The large glass surface allows constant monitoring of baking. The ovens are equipped with internal lighting controlled by a button on the control panel. The oven has a valve to fully or partially attach the smoke outlet.

The oven has one of the most sophisticated electronic control systems with a control panel that is divided into quadrants and easily recognizes the function to be used. 9 flexible cooking programs and readiness to save energy (low consumption).
