Product Description:
For dividing 30 kg of dough into portions of approximately 20 to 300 g (depending on the type of dough), with 30 kg of unleavened dough being loaded into the upper container.
The optimal dough is pizza dough, but it can also be used with other doughs with different moisture content, which must not be greasy or sticky; it is not possible to flour during use, so the dough must be corrected immediately after it is placed in the machine bowl.
The weight accuracy depends on the type of dough inserted.
The new portioning system with photocell beam adjustment ensures weight accuracy and fast execution.
It is equipped as standard with a stand and two cones (45-70).
The machine can produce up to 2500 balls per hour, depending on the selected weight and the diameter of the cone used.
All controls are located at the front, as is the removal of parts for cleaning, which is therefore quick and easy with limited space requirements.
All materials in contact with food are made of stainless steel.
The machines are manufactured in accordance with CE standards.
