GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:
The hand mixer / wipper is made entirely of stainless steel. The blender is used to prepare minestrone, vegetable puree, sauces, dough, mayonnaise, tomato puree, pesto, etc. The wipper is used to prepare whipped cream, creams, omelets, souffles, etc.

The mixer is available in different dimensions (30cm, 40cm, 50cm and 60cm), and the wipper is available in 35cm.
