Made of cast aluminium, it is suitable for all heat sources and for use in ovens at temperatures up to 250°C.
Cast aluminium conducts heat exceptionally well, allowing the griddle plate to be ready for use quickly.
The ‘Teflon™ Platinum Plus’ non-stick coating is resistant to high temperatures up to 250°C.
The coating is applied in three layers, increasing wear resistance and making the cookware ideal for intensive use.
Very easy to clean after use.
