The handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel and stays cool during use.
Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating is resistant to high temperatures (up to 250°C).
The adhesion of the anti-stick coating improves the titanium layer between the aluminum and the coating.
This two-layer process extends the life of the coating and provides additional scratch resistance.
Very easy to clean after use.
