A MOTOR THAT NEEDS MAINTENANCE:
A powerful and reliable single-phase motor (1500 W, 2 HP) in an elegant housing made of high-quality aluminum. The innovative and patented cooling system reliably protects the device from overheating even during intensive use (e.g. 60 minutes of continuous operation). The V-shaped belt drive ensures particularly quiet operation, optimal power transmission and low maintenance and trouble-free use.
DURABLE GEARBOX:
The extremely sturdy stainless steel gearbox ensures even rotation and a smooth transition to the desired power level. The low vibration level ensures that the device does not move during operation and remains stable in position.
LARGE BOWL:
The bowl is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a convenient, plastic-coated handle and a transparent bowl lid. The opening in the lid allows for easy addition of ingredients during operation. FLAT MIXER WITH SILICONE SPOUT:
This mixer is made of stainless steel and POM plastic and is specially designed for solid mixtures for cheesecakes, creams and sponges.
FLAT MIXER:
This flat mixer made of AISI 304 stainless steel is ideal for smooth, lump-free dough and gentle mixing of ingredients (e.g. for dumplings or shortcrust pastry).
BOWL:
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, perfectly profiled, light weight, large capacity (7 liters), rubberized handle and includes a practical plastic lid with filling opening for convenient addition of ingredients during operation. For even greater flexibility in everyday kitchen life, the Blackbolt bowl (without plastic lid) is also available separately (article no. 963234).
