The Titanium Professional sauté pan is made of cast aluminium and is suitable for all heat sources except induction. It is also suitable for use in ovens at temperatures up to 250°C.
Cast aluminium conducts heat exceptionally well, allowing the pan to be ready for use quickly.
The handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel and remains cool during use.
The Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating is resistant to high temperatures up to 250°C.
The adhesion of the non-stick coating is improved by a titanium layer between the aluminium and the coating.
This double-layer process extends the service life of the coating and provides additional scratch resistance.
Very easy to clean after use.
